Over his 20-year career, Mr. Cisterna has held a wide variety of management positions within the real estate investment and development sectors, including key roles at notable firms such as Johnson Capital, Lennar, and Toll Brothers. He has served as a member of NAIOP, ICSC, the National Rental Home Council, ULI, the National Association of Home Builders, and the National Multi-Housing Council.

He has served as a monthly contributor for U.S. News & World Report and Builder & Developer and previously hosted "The Investability Podcast." He is a Licensed real estate broker in California and has a BA in political science from San Diego State University
