We bring those technologies to market and help provide project financing when we find good combinations. For example, USAW&P provides financing and development assistance to a company called Stellar J that converts waste to energy. Stellar J is a Washington-based engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor that engineers and constructs renewable natural gas (RNG) facilities.
