About Helen
Helen Hayes is responsible for deepening client relationships and strengthening iShares leadership position in Canada through the strategic alliance with RBC. She is a member of the Americas iShares ExCo, Canada ExCo, and chair of the RBC Alliance SteerCo. Beyond the firm, Ms. Hayes is actively involved with several not-for-profit organizations. She is a member of the United Way of Greater Toronto Major Giving Cabinet and sits on the Advisory Council for the Toronto Chapter of 100 Women in Finance. Ms. Hayes has spent most of her 25+ year career in Capital Markets including UBS and CIBC, where she held progressively senior roles in sales, trading & research distribution. During her time at CIBC, she spent five years in London, United Kingdom leading the Equities team with responsibility for the distribution team in Hong Kong.
