Volker Knapp

Volker Knapp has been a trader, system developer, and researcher for over 20 years, and is currently the vice president of Wealth-Lab Inc. He also writes a monthly column, "Trading System Lab," for Active Trader magazine. After holding positions such as a professional hockey player and the coach of the men's National Malaysian Field Hockey Team, Mr. Knapp served as the president of VTAD (the German branch of the International Federation of Technical Analysts). A worldwide search for the best back-testing and trading platform for stocks and commodities ultimately led him to become a partner in Wealth-Lab Inc., in 2001.
