Dr. Neil Smith is a leading Otolaryngologist Head and Neck Surgeon currently working in the Halifax Dartmouth area. He is also a founder and principal of a sleep apnea company with 14 clinic locations throughout Atlantic Canada. Dr. Smith obtained a B.Ed, B.SC, and MD from Dalhousie and completed his surgical residency at the QE2 hospital.
