Bill Barhydt

Bill Barhydt was born in NYC and now resides near San Francisco. He is a serial entrepreneur and pioneer in Internet and financial technologies. Mr. Barhydt is the founder and CEO of Abra which enables myriad crypto investment and banking services for customers in over 50 countries. As a renowned technology and capital markets expert, Mr. Barhydt has presented at over 100 conferences including The World Economic Forum, TED, the US State Department, and Mobile World Congress, and he gave the first-ever TED Talk on Bitcoin in 2012. Mr. Barhydt has worked at the CIA and NASA and spent several years at Goldman Sachs. In Netscape’s early days, he helped build infrastructure that underpins the consumer Internet we use today.
