About Mark
Mark Salzinger is the publisher and editor of The No-Load Fund Investor, a leading mutual fund investment advisory that offers insightful analysis, comprehensive performance data, and 18 model "best buys" portfolios for investors of various risk levels. According to the May 2007 issue of The Hulbert Financial Digest, The No-Load Fund Investor had the second-best, risk-adjusted performance of all mutual fund-oriented investment advisories over the past 15 years and the third highest risk-adjusted return over the past five years. In October 2006, he launched The Investor's ETF Report, bringing to investors in exchange traded funds the same, unbiased, expert, financial advice he has provided mutual fund investors for years. Prior to this, he joined Financial Services Associates where he served as the managing editor and then the executive editor of Louis Rukeyser's Wall Street and Louis Rukeyser's Mutual Funds investment advisories, where he worked closely with Mr. Rukeyser to provide expert, unbiased advise. From late in 2003, Mr. Salzinger ran the investment research/editorial efforts in Mr. Rukeyser's absence until July 2005. Before joining Financial Services Associates, he worked with Citigroup where he specialized in the analysis of sophisticated mutual funds and other investment products, and was an investment associate at J&W Seligman. Mr. Salzinger began his career with the Bureau of Labor Statistics at the US Department of Labor where he helped to generate the Producer Price Index, and then he moved on to KCI Communications. He earned a BA in economics with honors from the University of Chicago and an MBA with concentrations in finance and marketing from the Johnson Graduate School of Management of Cornell University.
