About Colby

Colby Trah joined the Ignite Funding team in 2019. Although new to the team, he brings to his investors a thorough understanding of the investment and financial industry. Licensed with a Series 65, Mr. Trah worked with high-net-worth individuals (minimum investor account size of $500,000) for two years as an investment advisor representative at Fisher Investments. His experience helps him see the value in broadening his knowledge outside of traditional asset classes and looks to help investors to do the same by educating them on alternative real estate investments through trust deeds.

With any investment you make it is important to understand who you are investing with and where you are investing. During this presentation you will learn much more than that. You will learn why you should invest in Trust Deeds at Ignite Funding, when is a good time to invest in real estate, what exactly you are investing in, and how you can earn double-digit returns in real estate.
There aren't many places you can find passive, fixed income that is truly collateralized and offers a 10% to 12% annualized return. We get it, it sounds too good to be true, but it's not! At Ignite Funding we offer investors a way to diversify their portfolios from the stock market and into real estate investments while earning the double-digit returns they deserve. During this session, Colby Trah will show you how Ignite Funding provided its investors with a consistent stream of passive income in 2020 and how the company plans to continue that success in 2021.
Can you name an investment where you can pull out the hammock, sit back, and relax while earning annualized double-digit returns paid monthly? No? Then let us introduce you to trust-deed investing with Ignite Funding. Colby Trah will discuss how Ignite Funding offers investors a way to diversify their portfolios from the stock market and into real estate investments while earning you 10% to 12% annually.
